This Year in Review 2020

2020 has been quite a year. Full of change, hardship and worry, but also full of small victories and silver linings. I hope you and your families are focusing on the positive, spending more time with loved ones, helping a friend, shopping local, and staying safe. I also hope that your 2021 shines brighter.

Priorities have shifted and people are reassessing what is important. There has been a distinct move from busy city centers, to places where people want to live and Santa Barbara is one of them. We have seen a huge influx in demand, sales and even prices, but a shortage of inventory. Typically we see more units come to market in January, and I'm hopeful that we will see more opportunities to fill the current demand.
